We love all our clients at Beautifully Flawed Day Spa and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our establishment. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. COVID-19 POLICY

In accordance with State mandate and NC Board of Cosmetic Arts, face masks are required in order to be serviced. Mask may only be removed if client is receiving a service that would require them to do so. We reserve the right to refuse service if client refuses to wear a mask. Clients are asked to sanitize their hands before being serviced. If you just so happen to forget your mask that's okay, individually packaged mask are available for your convenience. Also, a COVID-19 release form must be completed before being serviced. Disinfection of the spa is done regularly after each client with EPA registered products in accordance with OSHA standards.

UPON ARRIVAL

If it is close to your appointment time you are welcome to come inside and have a seat outside of the door and wait until it is time for your appointment. If the door is shut and the curtain is closed please refrain from knocking or pulling on the door, someone will be with you shortly.


Please keep in mind that Beautifully Flawed Day Spa is located inside of salon suites, so heavy foot traffic may be present at times. If you are uncomfortable with waiting inside due to COVID-19, you are more than welcome to wait outside or in your car and text 704-584-8668 upon your arrival and someone will let you know when you can come inside for your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Beautifully Flawed Day Spa allows a 6-minute grace period. We ask that you please call or text ahead if you will be late. If we are unable to accommodate, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.  


If you exceed that 6-minute time frame allotted and have not made contact with BF Day Spa, your appointment will be marked as a No-Call No-Show and fees will have to be paid before a new appointment can be made.

Please be aware that traffic on I-77 does get congested at times especially during rush hour, please plan your travels accordingly as the 6 minute grace period still applies.

CANCELLATIONS

We require 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If 24-hour notice is not given, a $15 late cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment and if a deposit has been paid, it will apply to your next appointment.

NO SHOW

If you are a No-Call No-Show for your appointment, the total amount for your service(s) must be paid before a new appointment can be made. If a deposit has been paid, then the remaining balance for your service(s) must be paid before a new appointment can be made, in addition to having to pay a new deposit.

If continual No-Shows occur you will no longer be allowed to book in advance and appointments will be denied if a new account is made. You will have to call or text the day of in hopes that there is availability.

PAYMENT & DEPOSITS

Beautifully Flawed Day Spa accepts All major credit cards, cash, and zelle. No checks will be accepted.


A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken on all services, and a card must be placed on file. However, you may pay the rest of your remaining balance due for your service with any of the payment methods listed above.

ROOM POLICY

Only one person is allowed in the room at a time unless client being serviced is underage, then a parent or guardian may be present. All other guest must wait outside.


Due to liability reasons, if you bring a child with you to your service who is too young to wait outside by themselves your appointment will have to rescheduled, no exceptions.
